Custom Products (Made-to-Order Items)

  • Custom clothing tags and personalized items are made specifically for your order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Due to the personalized nature of these products, all sales are final.
  • Please review your custom design carefully before approval.

  • If you receive a defective custom product or if there’s an error on our part, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will work with you to resolve any quality issues or manufacturing errors.
  • Photos of the issue may be required for our quality control team.
