- We accept returns and exchanges for standard products within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Custom Products (Made-to-Order Items)
- Custom clothing tags and personalized items are made specifically for your order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Due to the personalized nature of these products, all sales are final.
- Please review your custom design carefully before approval.
Quality Issues
- If you receive a defective custom product or if there’s an error on our part, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will work with you to resolve any quality issues or manufacturing errors.
- Photos of the issue may be required for our quality control team.
